When we bought Cool & Fresh in 2012 we were a Christchurch distribution company delivering to supermarkets with a fleet of small trucks, in a city still enduring daily earthquakes.
In five year’s we’ve grown to offer logistical, sales and merchandising services nationwide.
In Canterbury, Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty our own staff work with you to drive sales and ensure you are supported in store.
We work closely with our suppliers, never forgetting who our customer is.
From three logistics hubs: Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, we manage overnight deliveries to NZ grocery stores. Behind the freight we have an experienced team of administrators who manage your stock, paperwork, manifesting and can take your orders through to invoicing. All that time consuming, tricky stuff!

Merchandising support for your products maximises sales and ensures stock is brought forward for key selling times. We don’t put time limits on merchandiser visits. What needs to be done is done.

Yes, our suppliers send down in bulk to economise on linehaul freight to the South Island. We then manage all your deliveries from our Christchurch warehouse. Deliveries are next day ex-Christchurch across the South Island
Not a problem! We can also provide full services and management of logistics and administration across the North Island. We contract logistics on your behalf and provide full administrative services to support this
We take a lot of administration off your hands. We have a great team of administrators who download orders, create packing slips and manifests and process sales. We routinely login to our supplier’s systems and process sales in to invoices so that all is left is for you to send these off to your retailers.
Yes, we can manage ambient, chilled and frozen lines.
We have recently installed and are rolling out a reporting tool that enables us to provide you with detailed reports on our activities and provides you with a rich source of market intelligence. We believe that this level of reporting is the next big step in sales and merchandising agency services.
